SignalScope (signalscope.solr.fun) is a trend-intelligence service operated by SolR. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. We collect as little as the service needs.

What we collect

Account data. Your e-mail address, an optional display name and, if you create a password, a salted hash of it. We never store the password itself.

Google sign-in. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your Google account id, e-mail address, name and profile picture with us. We use them only to create or match your SignalScope account. We do not read your Gmail, contacts, calendar or any other Google data, and we request no scopes beyond basic profile and e-mail.

Usage data. The searches you run, the trends you investigate, watchlists, alerts, saved searches and monitoring schedules you create, and counters used to enforce your plan limits.

Technical data. Session records (a hashed token, creation time, browser user agent and IP address) used to keep you signed in and to detect abuse, plus standard server logs.

Payments. Paid plans are settled in USDC on the Solana blockchain. We record the payment reference, transaction signature, amount and the plan it activates. We never hold your wallet keys and we never see card or bank details.

What we do with it

We use your data to run the service: authenticate you, run and store your discoveries, enforce plan limits, send the alerts you configured, and verify payments.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not train models on your account data.

Public sources

Trend signals are computed from publicly available content (Hacker News, GitHub, RSS feeds, Bluesky, Mastodon, DEV, Lobsters, Stack Overflow, Wikipedia, Google Trends and, when you connect them, other platforms). We store the items needed to explain a signal, with links back to the original source and author. This content belongs to its authors and platforms.

Processors and infrastructure

The application runs on Vercel, the database is hosted by Neon (Frankfurt, EU), and Solana RPC requests go through Helius. Optional AI narratives, when enabled, are generated by Anthropic from aggregated signal statistics, never from your account data. Each provider only receives what its function requires.

Cookies

We use one strictly necessary session cookie, a short-lived cookie during Google sign-in, and a local preference for light or dark theme. No tracking or advertising cookies.

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while your account exists. Trend history is kept for the period included in your plan. Blockchain payment records are, by nature, permanent on the public ledger.

To delete your account, e-mail us from the address on the account; we remove your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for security or legal reasons.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR), you may access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing, or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us at the address below to exercise these rights.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be announced inside the application.
