Terms of service

Last updated 4 September 2026

These terms govern your use of SignalScope at signalscope.solr.fun, operated by SolR. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

SignalScope collects publicly available content, clusters it into signals and measures how fast those signals are moving. Scores, labels such as EXPLODING or EMERGING, and opportunity notes describe momentum in the data we collected. They are measurements and interpretations, not predictions, and not financial, investment or business advice.

Accounts

You must provide a valid e-mail address or sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials private. One person per account.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent plan limits, scrape the application, or interfere with other users.

Plans and payment

The Free plan is available at no cost with the limits shown on the pricing page. Premium and Pro plans are prepaid in USDC on the Solana network for a fixed period (one month or one year). A payment activates the plan for that period only; there is no automatic renewal and nothing is charged without a new payment from you.

Blockchain payments are irreversible. Send exactly the amount shown, in USDC (matched by token mint address), to the address shown on the checkout page. Payments in other tokens, to other addresses, or of a different amount cannot be recognised or refunded. Prices are shown in USDC and may change for future periods; a period already paid keeps its price.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to harass people, to build datasets of individuals, to send unsolicited messages, or in violation of the terms of the platforms whose public content appears in SignalScope. Do not resell raw collected content.

Content and intellectual property

Collected items remain the property of their authors and platforms and are shown with attribution and links. The SignalScope application, scoring methodology and interface are ours. Exports you create from your own account are yours to use.

Availability and warranty

The service depends on third-party public sources that can change or disappear. We provide SignalScope as is, without warranty of accuracy, completeness or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the current period.

Termination

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We can end the service or your access with reasonable notice; unused prepaid time will not be refunded except where the law requires it.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions go to the e-mail address below.
